Tessellate was the first track finished on the album, way back in 2019. I was feeling very inspired by works made by Djrum, Minor Science and Martyn and wanted to create more breakbeat work at 130bpm for my techno sets and to create some new dynamics. After feeling the impact of this track, I was inspired to expand out into a full album project.
